We focus on precision machining in the field of non-metallic materials, with a primary focus on the manufacturing of seals, bushings, and components, as well as the R&D and production of various modified plastics.

Seals：
We have 10 years of PTFE production experience in the seal industry. From raw material production to the processing of semi-finished products such as tubes, rods, and sheets, as well as CNC precision-machined finished parts, everything is manufactured and sold directly by our own factory. We also offer modified PTFE formulations with fillers including copper powder, carbon fiber, graphite, glass fiber, and color customization. With mature production expertise and proven track records, we manufacture over 500,000 seal products annually.

Bushings：
We have a well-established raw material supply chain for bushings, with strong advantages in commonly used materials such as POM, PTFE, PA, and PEEK. All bushings are machined on CNC equipment to ensure the highest precision standards.

Component Machining：
In the field of component machining, we have 10 units of 5-axis CNC machines operated by technicians with an average of over 5 years of experience. With extensive expertise in plastic machining, we are fully capable of meeting your requirements for dimensional tolerances, surface finish, burr control, and more.

Export Certifications：
Our company holds a comprehensive set of export certifications. If our current certificates do not fully meet your specific needs, please let us know – we will promptly arrange for additional certifications to comply with the requirements of your country.
