HONGFS We are an integrated enterprise encompassing R&D, production, and sales, specializing in the development of sealing components made from high-performance polymer materials including PTFE, polyurethane (PU), and rubber. Our products are widely applied across multiple industrial sectors such as construction machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, oil and gas, automotive, and electronics and home appliances.
Certain products are engineered to meet specific performance criteria. Our PTFE positioning rings (PTFE back-up rings) operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +260°C and are rated for system pressures up to 60 MPa. Polyurethane O-rings (PU O-rings) offer excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, and high-pressure capability – TPU grades are suitable for -40°C to +80°C, while CPU grades perform from -40°C to +120°C, with working pressures up to several tens of MPa. Through advanced material modification technology, selected products achieve a rebound rate of up to 90% across a temperature range of -40°C to +230°C.
