With extensive experience in engineering plastic bushing manufacturing, we maintain a well-established inventory of materials tailored to various operating conditions.

We are an integrated enterprise combining R&D, manufacturing, and sales, committed to achieving greater development in the field of custom non-metallic solutions. We have extensive experience in the processing, R&D, and production of engineering plastics, fluoroplastics, specialty plastics, and other materials. We possess in-depth development expertise in the modification and performance enhancement of PTFE, PEEK, POM, PA, and other materials using fillers such as copper powder, carbon fiber, glass fiber, and graphite, supported by mature products and proven processing case studies. Our modification solutions are mature, reinforced grades can be custom-formulated, and material, size, and design are all customizable.

In terms of manufacturing capabilities, we offer precision CNC machining, equipped with multiple CNC lathes and 10 units of 5-axis CNC machines operated by technicians with an average of over 5 years of experience, with extensive expertise in plastic machining. Precision machining tolerances are achievable down to 0.05 mm, with a machining diameter range from 1 mm bore diameter to 2 meters in outer diameter (maximum capability up to 3 meters). We operate fully integrated in-house facilities, controlling every step from raw pellets to tubes, rods, sheets, and precision-finished components. We maintain ample raw material inventory with a full range of materials and custom formulations available, and we support low-volume machining with no quantity limit.
